1. Exercise:-

 We should do exercise daily because exercise works as a natural painkiller for our bodies. It produces endorphins chemical in our brain which is very beneficial for us. And it removes stress, tension, depressions, etc… from our brain.

2. Think positive:-

Think positive and focus on Gratitude. Positive thinking does not mean that you take all the problems in an easy way or ignore it.
Positive thinking just means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. You think everything will be good.

3. Spend time with your loved ones:-

Spending a little time with your loved ones will give you very positive vibes. It is a pleasure to spend a little time with your loved ones. Talk to your parents. Share your problem with your close friends.

4. Listen to music:-

Music has a direct effect on our hormones. It decreases the level of the cortisol hormone in our bodies. It takes away our stress, Stress causes 60% of all illness, listen to your favorite song, it will distract you from the depression or tension.

5. Be healthy:-

The most important thing for us to be happy in our life is to live mentally, physically healthy. 

What, when, and how you eat, these things are very important for our health. We should avoid street food, because there is lots of dust, pollution, on the road, and it gets mixed into the food, then it damages our immune system.
